We’d like to share two important updates from Precision Analytical:
1️⃣ Requisition Form Update:
As of February 2026, Precision Analytical has transitioned to a 1:1 requisition format, meaning each kit type now has its own dedicated requisition form.
- DUTCH Complete now has its own requisition
- All other kit types also have separate individual requisitions
This update is intended to improve clarity and reduce processing errors.
If you receive bulk kit orders at your clinic, please ensure you are using the correct requisition form for each specific kit type and please discontinue use of any previous combined forms.
Any older kits with the previous requisitions will still be honoured during this transition period.
Please note: This change does not affect drop ship orders.
2️⃣ Insomnia Add-On Update (DUTCH Salivary Panels):
The Insomnia add-on will now be added to any DUTCH salivary panel (e.g., CAR or DUTCH Plus) at no additional cost.
