The Doctor’s Data Comprehensive Stool Analysis + Parasitology is a stool-based assessment that evaluates gastrointestinal microbiology, digestion and absorption, inflammatory markers, mucosal immune function, short-chain fatty acids, intestinal health markers, enteric pathogens, and parasitology. The profile combines culture-based microbiology, multiplex PCR pathogen detection, stool chemistry testing, microscopic parasitology examination, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing to provide information on gastrointestinal microbial balance, digestive function, intestinal inflammation, and the presence of bacterial, viral, yeast, and parasitic organisms.
