Collection Instructions

BEFORE COLLECTING YOUR SAMPLE

• Ensure every tube is labeled.
• Confirm the accuracy of all information.

ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION

• DO NOT consume caffeine, smoke or exercise.
• DO NOT eat, brush, floss or drink anything for at least
  30 minutes prior to collection of each sample

TIPS

• If a mistake occurs during collection, simply rinse out
  collection tube with water and start over.
• In case of dry mouth, press tip of tongue against teeth.
• Smelling a lemon may also stimulate saliva production.
