Method Description
The Alcat Test measures food/immune reactions through stimulation of leukocytes. The Alcat Test does not identify type 1 classical IgE mediated (anaphylaxis) allergies.

Handling Information
Specimens must be shipped the same day as collection. Specimens must arrive at the test site within 72 hours of collection. Store and send at ambient (room) temperature. Use freezer packs if the ambient temperature is more than 78°F or 26°C.
